Our team: CIB Consulting & Transformation
Created in 2009, CIB Consulting & Transformation (CIBC&T) is an in-house management consultancy with a strong presence in EMEA (~100 consultants in Paris, Lisbon, and London) and a global reach thanks to an integrated network in APAC & Americas (~100 consultants).
The team works on strategic initiatives defined by CIB Senior Management. It has a strong track-record with 600+ projects accomplished to date. CIBC&T is a competitive alternative to leading, external consulting firms, covering the full consulting value chain: from framing, diagnosis, and delivery of actionable recommendations, to designing effective implementation and enabling change.
The team also houses two key practice areas:
- RegTech practice: leveraging on advanced technologies to address regulatory topics
- Smart-Sourcing Practice: providing advisory and end-to-end project services on nearshoring and offshoring projects
CIBC&T team members are part of a dynamic and international environment with diverse profiles, from banking and consulting backgrounds: 20+ nationalities, 45% women, ~50% ex-external consultants from top-tier consultancies.
Our team members have a real impact on the development of CIB, working directly with Senior Management on high stakes initiatives, from Corporate Banking, Global Markets and Securities Services to Human Resources, IT, Operations and more and across a wide range of topics:

What we offer Principals in our team
You never stop growing and developing: You have the opportunity to engage with a large variety of profiles and have access to various learning paths (regular training on consulting skills and CIB activities), ensuring your continuous development and growth. You inspire, manage and develop your team members on project and transversal activities (training, recruitment, etc.) leveraging on your entrepreneurial spirit. As Manager-Coach for more junior profiles in the team, you will play an important role in individual development and team leadership.
You guarantee impactful project content: You are in the driving seat towards project success by framing and managing projects, connecting the dots with other projects and previous experiences, proposing solutions to clients and teams, and securing high quality deliverables with actionable recommendations to CIB Senior Management. You are at the core of transformation and further development of CIB through managing a wide range of projects. You are also able to observe and measure the impact of your work.
You build trusted relationships with clients: You establish collaborative and hands-on working relationships with our clients (Businesses and Functions). You manage clients and other project stakeholders effectively, demonstrating emotional and situational intelligence. By doing so, you contribute to maintaining and growing the CIBC&T client franchise.

Are you the right candidate for the job?
This job is for you if you have:
- A Master’s degree from a top-tier institution
- At least 8 years’ experience in top-tier Consulting firms
- Ability to inspire, manage, and train team members
- High adaptability in changing environments, a capacity to bring value and propose meaningful solutions
- Ability to develop sustainable client relationships, establish and activate networks and have a positive influence
- Fluency in French and English a minima
