Created in 2009, CIB Consulting & Transformation (CIBC&T) is an in-house management consultancy with a strong presence in EMEA (~100 consultants in Paris, Lisbon, and London) and a global reach thanks to an integrated network in APAC & Americas (~100 consultants).
The team works on the strategic initiatives defined by the CIB Senior Management. It has a strong track-record with 600+ projects accomplished up to date. CIBC&T is a competitive alternative to external leading consulting firms, covering the full consulting value chain:
- CIB Consulting: Focuses on framing, diagnosis, and design phases; delivers actionable recommendations
- CIB Transformation: Focuses on design and effective delivery during the implementation phase, helping change happen
- Complemented by two key practice areas:
- RegTech practice: Leverages on advanced technologies to address regulatory topics
- Smart-Sourcing practice: Provides advisory and end-to-end project services on nearshoring projects

This job is for you if you have/are:
- A Master degree from a top-tier institution
- 2 - 5 year(s) of work or internship experience in top-tier Consulting, Corporate Finance or Development, etc.
- A team player
- The curiosity and proactivity to tackle challenging problems
- The ability to be impactful with excellent analytical and communication skills
- Fluency in French and English a minima
